Day 172. faceless self-portrait

You all know that I am not very into self-portrait. I have tried a few before, but it is always hard to do it. So  for today's theme I did cheat a little.  I gave my camera to my son and asked him to take a photo of me but  not of my face. He did not understand at first, but then  he suggested me to hold the cat and... that boy was on fire. I had to ask him to stop. Here is the one I really liked.

  3. I like it, too. The composition and colors are fantastic. Glad you are back and happy belated birthday. Was it actually your birthday week? Just saw your comment on Kimberly's blog.

  4. Your son did a fab job with this! The cat is a great point to grab the eye. It's like you're there, I mean, REALLY there... without being the main subject. The composition is awesome. (Did you crop it?)

  6. It turned out so beautiful, so playful, mischievous, too. Your son did a great job but obviously, you directed him to what you wanted so it is still your picture. I love the cat's paw reaching out, sort of, but not quite sure. Just excellent.

  7. This is fabulous! Even without your face, the color of your shirt and your adorable cat say so much about who you are :)
