I am so glad that I found this group of photographers and their yummy images. Their challenge is a 12 month food challenge. I asked to join them, and they were nice enough to let me jump in with such a wonderful and warm welcoming.
So the theme this month is "Fish two ways" (raw and cooked) , so I decided for Fish n Chips. I found this recipe on a food network show called Secrets of Restaurant Chefs, and WOW !!! I was impressed of myself, especially because it was my first attempt.
Now I just hope that my images are as delicious as my dish.
I used halibut for this dish. I found it at the Whole Foods Market, and it was incredible fresh.
The preparation was pretty easy, and I tried a little presentation with fries... Coleslaw... Tartar sauce and some Malt Vinegar.
I have to say "Thank you Food Network for this delicious recipe.
